A microphone button next to "Add clip" lets you dictate text instead of typing it — the result becomes a regular clip you can edit, organize, and export like any other. Speech recognition runs entirely on your device: your audio is never sent to a server or stored online. Choose the recognition language in Settings; the first use downloads an on-device language pack. Requires Chrome 139 or newer.
Every clip gets one of five categories — General, Favorite, Priority, To-Do, or Ideas. Filter your collection by category, show only clips from the page you're on, or view everything at once. Each filter chip shows how many clips it holds, so you always know what's where.
A search box above the list filters your clips instantly while you type. Search applies to the visible list, the combined editor, and the export — so you work with exactly the clips you're looking for, nothing else.
Right-click inside any text field on any website to insert a saved clip — or a whole merged block — without searching and copying again. Speeds up forms, emails, posts, and reports.
Every clip keeps its save date and a link back to the page it came from. You'll always know where information came from and when you saved it — invaluable for citations and fact-checking.
Export the selected category or all clips to a PDF or plain text (.txt) file, named by date (e.g. BeeSave_2026-06-03). Optionally include save dates and source links. PDF export supports full Unicode — accented Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, and more — so notes in any script render correctly.
